Papaya: It is the most commonly used ingredient in acne treatment. Mash the papaya paste and create a lotion to apply on your skin. Apply it on your face and after 30 minutes you can rinse it.
Aloe-vera: The gel-like sap from aloe vera plant is well known to heal various skin problems including acne. You can apply the sap directly on acne to avoid damage and spreading of pimples. You can soak it for long time without washing.
Honey: The Manuka honey or raw honey is great for clearing up acne. They also have anti-bacterial properties which reduces skin irritations and infections. It soothes the skin and reduces inflammation. The moisture in your skin is retained by following this method.
Avoid dandruff: Dandruff is another source of pimples. So watch out for that white fungal colony in your hairs and treat them with effective methods.
Balanced diet: Follow healthy and nutritious diet with fewer amounts of oils, carbohydrates, sugar and dairy products. Include fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals.
Cucumber: They are rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C. You can prepare a facial by grating the cucumber and use as facial treatment.

Pepper: Add few drops of water to black pepper powder. Apply it on an individual pimple to dry it off overnight.
Neem and turmeric: The bacteria present in pimples can be killed entirely by applying neem and turmeric powder paste and leaving it overnight.
Lemon: It is rich in vitamin C and is well known to dry up the pimples faster. Use a cotton swab and dip in fresh lemon juice. Apply it on the pimples before going to bed.
Peppermint has both anti-viral and anti-bacterial properties which avoids pimples and reduces pinkness of pimples. Just apply a paste of peppermint on the pimple area.
Tea tree oil: Apply tea tree oil gently on the affected area to avoid spreading of pimples. It also reduces redness in pimples.
Coconut water: Wash your face with coconut water for at least once in 3 days.
Water based cleanser: Use an oily skin cleanser which is effective to cleanse skin by removing excess oil, dirt, skin debris and oil. They keep the skin well hydrated during the day.
Stay clean: Always use mild and natural based face wash and clean your face almost 5 times a day.
Steam: After washing the face, use steam to open up the pores. This allows the skin to breathe well and removes dirt, bacteria and additional oils that have settled down in these pores.
Water: Drink at least 3-4 liters of water every day. Water helps in purifying, exfoliating and removes all skin impurities. It also helps you remain hydrated and removes body toxins from the body.
Never ever pop the acne: It makes you look uglier and also the scars are left behind. Keep your hands away from face.
Though these are basic methods, they completely solve the acne problems if followed regularly. So there is no need to fill your skin with those costly products available in stores. The tips based on handy materials will definitely make wonders on your skin.
